Orders & account: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, order history, support communications.
Payments: payment details processed by our payment service providers (we do not store full card numbers).
Eligibility & compliance (19+ / medical THC): proof of age 19+ and, where required by law, information needed to verify eligibility to purchase medical-THC products.
Device & browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, time zone, pages viewed, referring pages/terms, timestamps, cookie IDs, and similar analytics signals.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information (access controls, encryption in transit with providers, logging, internal practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we aim to reduce risks to a reasonable level.
Our website and products are not intended for persons under 19. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor provided information to us, contact us to request deletion.
