Where we ship
We ship Canada-wide where permitted by law.
Exception: We do not sell or deliver vaping products on the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawà:ke.

Carrier & tracking
Orders ship with Purolator in discreet, unbranded packaging. A Purolator tracking number is emailed when your parcel departs. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate; if there’s no update after 48 hours, contact info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca with your order number.

Processing time
Orders paid Monday–Friday are typically processed the same or next business day.
There is no weekend or holiday shipping.

Transit time
Typical delivery is about 1–3 business days to major centres. Rural/remote areas may require extra time. Transit estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather or carrier volume.

Shipping rates (CAD)

  • Free shipping on orders of $200+ (subtotal after discounts, before taxes/fees).

  • $15 flat rate on orders under $200.
    If free shipping doesn’t appear at checkout, confirm your subtotal meets the $200 threshold.

Shipping origin
All parcels ship from Kahnawà:ke, Québec.

Addresses, PO boxes & pickup
Purolator requires a street address—no P.O. Boxes.
Prefer not to ship to your home? Request Purolator Hold for Pickup at a Purolator location (email us before placing your order).

Order changes & cancellations
After payment, we can’t add or remove items. To cancel before shipment, email info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca immediately. If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

Lost, damaged, or incomplete parcels
Email photos and details to info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery for missing parcels). We’ll open a Purolator investigation and, based on the outcome and applicable law, provide a replacement, credit, or refund.

Taxes & compliance
All amounts are in CAD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders must comply with Canadian/Québec laws, including 19+ purchase eligibility and the prohibition on vape sales in Kahnawà:ke.
