You can pay
securely by credit/debit card with Moneris.
For privacy, your statement will show the discreet descriptor “Sovereignty
Trading Post.”
Who can
shop with you?
Canadian
residents aged 19+.
Purchasing for minors or other ineligible persons is not allowed.
Do you
ship across Canada?
Yes—Canada-wide
where permitted by law.
Exception: We do not sell or deliver vaping products on the Mohawk
Territory of Kahnawà:ke. Orders to that territory containing vapes will be
declined or cancelled.
How do
you ship orders?
All orders
are packed discreetly and shipped with Purolator (Express or
Standard based on destination). You’ll receive a Purolator tracking number
once your parcel is on its way.
What are
the delivery timelines?
Orders paid
Monday–Friday are processed the same or next business day. There
is no weekend shipping.
Typical transit times are about 1–3 business days to major centres;
rural/remote areas may take longer.
What are
your shipping rates?
- Free shipping on orders of $200 CAD or
more (subtotal after discounts, before taxes/fees).
- $15 CAD flat rate on orders under $200 CAD.
If “Free shipping” doesn’t appear at checkout, confirm your subtotal (after coupons/discounts) is $200+.
Where do
you ship from?
We ship
from Kahnawà:ke, Québec.
Do you
offer local pickup?
Online
only. We do not
offer in-person pickup at this time.
Can I
change or cancel my order after paying?
Once paid,
we can’t add or remove items.
To cancel before the parcel ships, email info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca
right away. If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
My
tracking number isn’t working—what should I do?
Purolator
tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
If there’s still no movement after 48 hours, email us at info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca
with your order number.
Do you
ship to P.O. Boxes?
No P.O.
Boxes (Purolator
requires a street address).
Prefer not to ship to your home? You can request Purolator Hold for Pickup
at a Purolator location—contact us before you order.
What
does the package look like?
Plain,
unbranded packaging
with no indication of contents. Packing slips or internal documents are placed inside
the parcel.
Do you
have a rewards/points program?
No. We don’t offer a points or rewards
program.
Which
products can I buy?
- Tobacco and non-THC vaping
products: 19+
only.
- Medical THC products (including
THC vapes):
Available to eligible customers and subject to applicable laws and our
verification procedures.
How do I
purchase medical THC products?
Purchases
of medical THC products must comply with Québec’s Cannabis Regulation Act
if you’re in Québec, or with the laws of your province/territory if you
order from outside Québec. We may request identity and any documents required
by law and can refuse an order that doesn’t meet legal criteria.
What if
my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or goes missing?
Email photos
and details to info@sovereignty-trading-post.ca within 5 days
of delivery (or expected delivery for missing parcels). We’ll open a Purolator
investigation and provide a solution (replacement, credit, or refund) based
on the outcome and applicable law.
Do you
accept returns or exchanges?
For health
and safety reasons, all sales are final once the packaging is
opened, except for verified defects or where required by law. Contact us
within 5 days of delivery for any issue.
